Q : Are all the teachers qualified? Do they at least have a degree? If yes, in what field?
A : All our teachers are highly qualified Thai teachers with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. We make sure we recruit teachers who have strong teaching experience, and a strong English language understanding.
Q : What do I have to do if the teacher I booked is hardly available?
A : If the teacher isn’t available, a learner can switch to another teacher. All our teachers are qualified with years of experience, so they can serve all the learners with different levels. If you want to request a teacher at a time that isn't available in their schedule, please ask support and we will request this from the teacher.
