Technical problems during class

Q : What happens if there is an IT-related problem occuring and I have to pause or stop my class?

A : Usually any issues will be sorted out during the free assessment. We will figure out if the connection speed is fast enough. We will also make sure that your set-up meets our system requirements to prevent the technical problems. If our system fails, or if the teacher’s internet connection goes down, disrupting the class for more than two minutes, you will be offered an option to retake the class with no extra charge. However, in the case that there is a technical issue with your internet connection, or in the case that your electricity cut out, or if there are any IT-related issues that are not caused by Zoe Thai or our teachers, you will be charged for the class.
